Goodna Special School
Roswell Built was engaged to deliver a major facilities upgrade at Goodna Special School, including the installation of a new 10-module and a 20-module double-storey classroom building. The project also featured the construction & installation of an elevated linkway, multiple staircases, and accessible ramps to ensure safe and inclusive access throughout the site.
Delivered to a high standard, this project supports the growing needs of the school community with modern, functional learning spaces.
Marsden State High School
We teamed up with Hutchies to deliver a brand new 10-module double-storey classroom building at Marsden State High School. Alongside the main structure, we installed a covered walkway and stair access to make getting around the site easier for students and staff.
A clean, efficient build that added much-needed space and functionality to a growing school.
Beenleigh Special School
Roswell Built partnered with Hutchinson Builders to deliver a new 10-module, double-storey building at Beenleigh Special School – creating four modern classrooms tailored to support specialised learning needs.
Our team handled the full scope of site and install works, including civil, footings, block wall construction, stair access, subfloor screening, walkway roofing, and all module installations and complexing.
